Community Update

NEED HELP WITH NY RISING and my home repair!  Any homeowners who were denied their awarded $ because they did not plan to raise their home high enough?  Need to know what others are doing about the fact that they can never have a disabled family member visit them again.  My choices are either never have a family holiday or gathering at my home again or not get my home repaired.  Please send feedback!  Do you know once your home is raised you can no longer sell home to the disabled or wheelchair bound?  Has anyone else lost 92% of awarded funds because you want to continue to have holidays with your wheelchair-bound relatives?  Ramps cannot reach 5" heights!  IS THERE A DISABILITY ATTORNEY I CAN SPEAK WITH ANYWHERE?LOCAL?
