260 more apartments in Bayport

July 10th will see yet another Islip Planning Board application for apartments in Bayport.  Fairway Manor seeks a change of zone from Recreation Service G District to Residence CA District in order to construct 260 apartments.  I encourage all community members to attend the meeting to voice their concern at what is happening in Bayport.  We must act if we are to preserve our community.  Full information can be found in the 7/10/14 agenda at http://bit.ly/1lVtADY
