Fairfield Buys Candee Avenue Apartment Complex
Sale price for Sayville complex was $11.1M.
The 61-unit South Bay Apartment complex on Candee Avenue in Sayville has been bought for $11.1 million by Fairfield Properties, according to a report at CoStar.
The two-story multifamily building sits on 3.4 acres and is
62,954-square-foot in size. The complex offers studio, one and two-bedroom options. Rents, according to CoStar, range from just under $1,300 to just over $3,000 a month. According to CoStar Mark Walsh with Select Real Equity Advisors represented the seller.
