Community Update

Very disappointed. I had the owner (james) groom my dog. It took forever, only to find out my dog spent most of the time in a crate. I kept on going back asking how much longer - if I knew my dog was gong to spend most of the time in a crate, I would of went someplace else. My dog's ears spelled so bad afterwards - for many days - I had to bring my dog to the vet and after a large vet bill was given medicine to use to take care of my dog's ear. The vet said the groomer did not clean my dog's ears the correct way. I also had a scab on my dog's belly that I found later that evening after he was groomed and the groomer never told me (when I picked up my dog) that he accidentaly nicked my dog's belly with the grooming scissor while grooming him.
Please do not put your pets harms way, please go to a different groomer. He moved from Sayville to Blue Point, but it's the same owner and the same poor groomer.
