Volunteer to Clean the Beach

One person can make a difference. The annual New York State Beach On Saturday, September 25, join the Great South Bay Audubon Society on Fire Island and enjoy a free ferry ride over the Great South Bay and help clean up the shores and protect our environment.

Cleanup is an affirmation of our year-round commitment to protect and rebuild the health of our ocean. This is especially true today when our oceans are being threatened not only from debris but also from the oil in the Gulf.

Please be at the Sayville ferry by 10 a.m. The return ferry from Fire Island will be leaving at 3 p.m.
