Eastern Suffolk BOCES SkillsUSA students are hosting a Walk-a-Thon endorsed by MADD and the State Farm Insurance Company to memorialize Police Officer Glen Ciano who was killed on February 2009 when his patrol car was struck by a car driven by an intoxicated driver. The goal is to raise $4,100 to sponsor a sobriety check point. This is the operational cost for the Suffolk County Police Department.
