Go Girl! A Healthy Walk/Run Fitness program trains girls ages 6 to 11 years old how to have fun with fitness while learning about self esteem, confidence and healthy habits. Girls have lessons on healthy eating and living a good active life while building their fitness level through walking, running and skipping. Program is completed with a 2 mile walk/run/skip event with family and friends cheering on the girls as they complete the event course.
