“From Jazz To Soul” features a collection of jazz standards and soul classics that spans four decades with hits from the time when Ella Fitzgerald was dubbed, “The First Lady of Song” through the era when Aretha Franklin, was crowned “The Queen of Soul”. In addition to tributes to Ella and Aretha, homage is paid to jazz greats Billie Holiday, Nancy Wilson and Nina Simone as well as soul divas Etta James, Martha Reeves, Mary Wells, and Gladys Knight. Founder and performer Rhonda Denét presents her unique interpretations of these classic songs accompanied by the Silver Fox Songs Duo.
