The Long Island Tuba Quartet at the Connetquot Public Library

The Long Island Tuba Quartet will entertain you with a program of varied selections from John Philip Sousa to Scott Joplin, Elton John and others.  Created in 1986, the Quartet has been chaired by "Mr. Tuba," Bill Troiano.  In their first concert, without Bill, a new tradition begins.  Quartet veteran Jeff Furman and Tim Eckstrom play tuba, and Don Sherman and Michael Canipe continue on euphoniums.  You will be please and surprised to hear the exciting range of music these instruments are capable of performing.
