Free Fitness Clinic in Sayville
How to Start a Fitness Walking or Beginner Running Program.
The free clinic will be one hour and will include instruction on how to start a fitness walking, or beginner running program. Information will include injury prevention, goal setting, apparel and sneakers, hydration, strength training, stretching and a 30-minute workout with instruction on form and how to properly warm up and cool down.
