Certified personal trainer and gym owner, Keith Boos will be here to get you motivated to achieve your fitness goals. The presentation will include information on the benefits of becoming fit including: beating the aging process, preventing cancers, counteracting over 40 muscle loss & fat gain, as well as reversing the effects of Diabetes & Osteoperosis. Also included will be suggestions for the best exercise to do to achieve these results.
