If you can run 2 1/2 to 3 miles and want to work on pacing and speed and maintain your running fitness, this is the class for you. Each week we will work on speed intervals, hill work and pacing. Don't worry if you think you may be too slow. As long as you can run 2 1/2 miles to 3 miles, we can work on a plan to improve your overall running with skill building techniques. It is a fun class because we all work together and complain together!
