Creative Harvest Dinner

Chef Rob Scott returns to with a demonstration
of a comforting harvest dinner! The program will include demonstrations (and
tastings) of pork tenderloin with apricot preserves and whole grain crust,
sweet onion cider soup with thyme and three lettuce salad with dried cherries,
almonds and blue cheese. You'll go home with the recipes to try out at home!
