Worst Intersection Between W. Sayville & Blue Point?

Where do you dread having to drive through?

There are three main roads that take residents between Blue Point and West Sayville: Sunrise Highway, Montauk Highway and Middle Road, at least up til Sayville's Foster Avenue.

What's the worst intersection of them all though? At what light or stop sign do hold your breath or try to avoid driving through?

Is there an intersection you think the town, county or state should review for safety?

McConnell and Middle Road the 4 way stop signs aren't lined up. Foster and Edwin and Edwards aren't lined up. People are always going through them or they think if the car in front of them stops they can go through without stopping.

Gillette and Middle should stay But I agree that McConnell & Middle have to go. Nobody took into consideration the number of drivers who can't navigate stop sign protocol when they voted to have them them all installed.

Were these signs installed to control speeding? I undestand that it is illegal to use stop signs to control speed.
