Sayville's Sharon Lippman Honored by Assemblyman Al Graf

Proclamation presented for her work in the community and 15 years of service on the Sayville Library board.

Former Sayville Library board trustee Sharon Lippman was honored with a proclamation by New York State Assemblyman Al Graf at his Bayport-based office on July 12.  

Also present for the proclamation were Sayville Library director Alice Lepore and vice president of the library board Mary Lou Centeri.

Lippman served on the Sayville Library board for the last 15 years. In addition to her work with the library, she is also extremely active in the community. Lippman performs countless hours of community service, volunteers her time in many different facets, and is an advocate for literacy.

Lippman runs the Art Without Walls program, which recently celebrated its 25th anniversary. She works tirelessly for the betterment of the Sayville community.
