Sayville Jewelers Dish on Latest Trends

What's hot this holiday season in jewelry.

'Tis the season for giving and when it comes to jewelry, you can almost never go wrong. Patch headed to Main Street in Sayville to find out about the best sales, the trendiest looks and how to get the most bang for your buck.

At on Railroad Avenue, owner Dorothy DiBenedetto showed some select items going for 20-percent off, and a select case of 50-percent off goods.

The hot item at Dorothy's this year is a line of bangle bracelets from Paris by Angelique de Paris. Ranging from sterling silver offerings to precious gemstones, the bracelets start at $300 (smaller, thinner ones are also available.)

For men, the Tritron jewelry line of rings, bracelets and more in a beautiful jewel chest start at $93.

Kay Cameron, owner of , showed off some of her more afforable collections for the holiday season. A new children's line called Kit Heath features sterling silver and enameled jewerly starting at $25.

Kay Cameron also had Murano and Austrian crystal bracelets for women for just $18. Cuff bracelets with Swarovski crystals and freshwater pearls were available for $75. Initial necklaces in sterling silver are a top seller for $75 as well.

For men, Kay Cameron has money bands called Grand Bands in sterling silver starting at $19.95. They can be customized for an additional fee. Stocking stuffers, like diamond and jewelry cleaning wands, start at $7.

For those interested in higher end gift ideas, Kay Cameron carries lines such as John Hardy, Simon G, and Michele watches.

The top seller this year at is the Convertible Collection bracelet. This bangle bracelet features individual charms that can be changed. The bracelet starts at $130 and each charm is sold separately.

Beads remain another top seller this season and you can find many different types in Sayville. Reflection Beads are at Dorothy's, Chamilia is sold at Stadtmuller, and Pandora are available at Kay Cameron Fine Jewelry.
