Pilot Club of Sayville Seeking Donations For Annual Fundraiser

We are holding this year’s main fund-raiser, our 37th Annual Fashion Show and Basket Auction, at Villa Lombardi’s, Holbrook, NY, on March 28, 2012. Each year approximately 300 guests attend this event. This is an opportunity to introduce your organization to residents in the area and to show your support for a worthwhile charity that supports services in the local community.

We are asking for your support. We welcome your donation of gift memberships, gift certificates, merchandise for our Basket Auction and ads for our 2012 Fashion Show Journal. If you can be so generous, an ad and an item for the Auction would be especially appreciated. Your donation will be acknowledged to our membership and guests.

We realize the many demands on your charity/advertising budget and are most grateful for any contribution you decide to make.
