Jan. 15: Pilates Orientation, Live Music and Bishop Office Hours
A brief guide highlighting events in and around the Bayport-Blue Point area.
From noon to 3 p.m. today, Rep. Tim Bishop will meet with constituents at as part of his Community Office Hours program. In order to accommodate his constituents’ schedules and have more productive interactions, during Community Office Hours, Congressman Bishop makes 10 minute, one-on-one appointments with constituents. In the event of overflow, constituents are able to make an appointment with a Congressional Aide.
Here's what else is happening today.
1. Start off your Saturday by shaking up your fitness routine. is hosting a free introduction to pilates circuit orientation Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to noon. Participants will learn about apparatus like the reformer and the spine corrector to strenghthen the core.

2. for live music. The Bed Rockers begin their first set at 9 p.m.
3. Cassie, Jessie and Will perform live "upstairs" at the Grey Horse Tavern, 10 p.m.
