The Islip Animal Shelter welcomes a Belgian Shepherd Malinois breed dog, Nikki. This girl’s colors are black and gold and she is neutered and up-to-date on all of her routine shots and vaccinations. Nikki’s breed is an active one and the shelter says she enjoys playing with toys and chasing after balls. Nikki has beauty and brains. The shelter reports that she is highly intellectual and even has some herding instincts. All animals at the shelter (210 South Denver Avenue, Bay Shore) are vaccinated, spayed and neutered before leaving. The organization requires a pet adoption fee along with a pet application which can be found on the their website.
