Bayport-Blue Point High School Phantoms varsity winter sports games are scheduled for 3:30 p.m., 4 p.m., 4:30 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 9 at various locations. After cheering on the Phantoms, you can go to the Sage Cafe for open mic night. Take a look at the events scheduled in the area for today.

• Girls basketball vs. Harborfields, 4:30 p.m. at Bayport-Blue Point High School.

• Boys basketball vs. Patchogue Medford High School, 181 Buffalo Ave, Medford, 5:45 p.m.
