Viewfinder: Cub Scouts Tour The Fish Store

Troop 130 learns about the local business with owner Seth Needelman.

The boys of Bayport Cub Scout Troop 130 took a short field trip to in Bayport to visit with owner Seth Needelman and learn about the family-run business.

Needelman spent over an hour with the boys teaching them about fish and the way his business operates. All the scouts got to hold a live lobster and learned the difference between a little neck clam and chowder clam.

The highlight of the tour was when Needelman showed the boys the jaw of a shark he caught. The scouts got to feel the shark's sharp teeth, and much to the cubs' excitement, Needelman took out the fish hook he found in the shark's belly.
