The abandoned and longtime vacant Getty gas station and convenience property on Montauk Highway in Blue Point is now on the auction block.
The 1.04 acre parcel, which is sometimes home to a random yard sale or car sale, is featured on a property for sale site run by NRC Realty & Capital Advisors site.
According to an NRC email alert service regarding property auctions the lot price has dropped from a $225,000 to $175,000 starting bid.
