The Portly Villager has its beautiful sign back in place and the lettering has been all spiffed up. The sign was mysteriously taken awhile back but quick social media action by the owners, who put out the word they wouldn't press charges if returned quick, got great results. Before rehanging the owners had the gold lettering redone.
