Sayville Holiday Parade Draws Large Community Turnout

The annual event drew big crowds to Main Street Saturday morning despite chilly weather.

The Greater Sayville of Chamber Commerce Holiday parade drew a huge community audience Saturday morning as families lined both sides of Main Street, from Prince of Peace's parking lot where the parade kicked off all the way through downtown to the tree site just before Lincoln Avenue.

Dozens of scouts, community groups, fire volunteers, classic car owners and other organizations participated in what's become of the best community traditions to kick-off the holiday season.

Here's a look at the parade.
