Jeanine's Cool Cupcakes on Main Street is selling off equipment, store merchandise.

A craigslist classified indicates that Jeanine's Cool Cupcakes in Sayville, which has closed won't be re-opening as the owner is selling off store items and equipment.

The business was shutdown due to an illness, states the notice posted on Sunday, March 18.

Hi, due to a very serious illness, I must part out my business, this is very painful and very sad...I will take all reasonable offers, willing to sell all equipment in a lot, cash and carry only, no reasonable offer refused (not giving stuff away)..also piece by piece on a first come first served basis...please stop by 40 south main street sayville ny...Tuesday between 10am and 3pm and 5pm to 9pm i will post pictures, if you are interested before the time posted I can meet anyone...willing to take deposits and can pick up over the weekend...I even have cupcake stands, boxes, containers, menu boards, lots of cupcake embellishments, ingredients..etc

A call to the store Tuesday morning revealed the phone has been disconnected.

The store, owned by West Sayville resident Jeanine Sheppard, opened its doors at 40 South Main Street, in November 2011.
