Readers’ Choice: Where to Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in Sayville-Bayport

Go green and celebrate all things Irish this week. But where to toast the holiday?

It's time to get our Irish on, Sayville-Bayport. St. Patrick’s Day is March 17 and we’re green with envy at all the ways to celebrate.

Time to weigh in. Sayville-Bayport Patch is looking to unearth the best spot in town to celebrate Dublin-style. Readers’ Choice is a new weekly feature where we’re asking you – our readers – to tell us your top picks.

Each Monday we’ll list our nominees – this week it’s where to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day – and ask for your recommendation. Did we leave your go-to spot off the list? Go ahead and add it in comments.

Wednesday we’ll narrow the field, taking your recommendations to put to a vote in the ultimate St. Paddy’s poll.

Friday we’ll announce a winner.

Thanks, Sean. Blue Point spots are certainly eligible here.

That's great, Dublin Down changed names about six months ago.

Thanks for pointing out the mistake, Steven. That's correct. Dublin Down turned into Nevele in 2010 and this past fall, SHō opened at the location. We apologize for the error. Thanks again.
