Boyle said, “Sometimes people get into a rut working out and they should change things up by trying different exercises.” This is one of the reasons why she now offers Curves Circuit with Zumba. These high energy workouts are only 30 minutes long, but burn more calories. Members doing the circuit with Zumba stay on the exercise machine for one minute and instead of doing the running square, they do Zumba for a minute.

Biggest Loser competitor Anna Duggan does the Zumba on the Circuit a few times a week. She said, “I love doing Zumba.  It has added something extra to my workout and helped to boast my weight loss.”
