In Honor of 9/11 Fish Store Offers Free Meals to Active Military

The Bayport business is providing free meals to those serving our country.

The Fish Store in Bayport is paying homage to local active and military veterans by offering military personnel a free lunch or dinner on Tuesday, Sept. 11, the 11th anniversary of the attacks on the World Trade Center and a date now known as Patriot Day.

"We are extending our thanks to their service to our country," said Seth Needelman, owner of The Fish Store, located at the corner of Bayport Avenue and Montauk Highway.

Diners just need to show proper ID and the dine-in only offer excludes lobster dishes and alcohol.
