Need to relax, unwind and not sure where to go? Cafe Joelle's Happy Hour happens Mondays through Friday in the comfortable, quiet rear lounge. There are drink and food specials including $2 off drinks and specially-priced apps like the $2.50 burger and raw bar items: half shell clams and oysters for $1.25 a piece. For wings lovers six for $5 OR 12 wings for $10.
