The recently unveiled New Village at Patchogue website has added the floor plans for studio through three bedroom apartments coming to the former Swezey’s Department store location. However, what really has readers abuzz is the starting rent price of $2,050 announced on the property’s Facebook Page. 

Tritec Real Estate Company’s Chief Operating Officer Rob Loscalzoclarified to Patch Friday that rents will actually range from $1,350 or $2,900+ with several price levels in between, and that he will be speaking with his team to fix the previous announcement.
