Bayport is getting yet another gas station operation as Valero is busy renovating the former Jetco gas location on Montauk Highway just east of Oakwood Avenue.
While there is no information besides a small sign indicating 'Valero' the building is undergoing extensive renovations though an opening date is not provided.
What's your take on a new station moving in? Was Jetco a favorite pump? Does Bayport-Blue Point already have enough gas stations? Do you think a big name such as Valero will help keep local gas prices down?
