Blue Restaurant's Application to be Heard at Planning Board Meeting

Blue in Blue Point has submitted an application to the Brookhaven Town Planning Board.

Blue Restaurant, located nearby the intersection of Montauk Highway and Nicholl's Road in Blue Point, has submitted an application to the Brookhaven Town Planning Board involving restaurant seating.

A public hearing regarding the application, which calls for outdoor seating of 40 seats on an existing patio, was scheduled for the Aug. 9 meeting of the planning board. However, representatives of the restaurant requested postponing it. Attorney Tim Shea is handling the application.

The application will be addressed at the planning board meeting on Monday at Brookhaven Town Hall. Currently, the application is listed as number 9 on the agenda for the evening.
