A look at Bullfish Grill.

You could stand on a corner and look around until a restaurant sign draws you in. But we've got a better idea. Each week, Sayville Patch picks a great restaurant either in town or nearby that is worth checking out. Here's this week's choice:

Bullfish Grill – One of the newer establishments in Sayville, is quickly becoming the talk of town for its variety of fresh seafood offerings. Owner Carlo Bruno brings New York City style dining to Long Island with quality, healthy menu options at affordable prices. Some of its signature seafood dishes include sautéed hazelnut encrusted catfish, cedar planked and smoked bluefish, crab quesadillas, seared Ahi tuna, seared scallops and lobster egg roll. Everything is made in house, including soups and dressing and compound butters.

Bullfish Grill is at 298 W. Main St., Sayville, 631-563-9400. Open for lunch from Wednesday to Friday, dinner from Tuesday to Sunday and weekend brunches. Prices: $14 to $29 (dinner); $8 to $14 (lunch)
