Library Blood Drive at the Connetquot Public Library

The Library will be hosting a blood drive run by Long Island Blood Services, a division of New York Blood Center.  Blood donors must be age 16-75; 16 year old with parental permission, 76+ with a doctor's note; weigh a minimum of 110 pounds and be in generally good health.  All donors receive a free mini medical exam.  Donors must present either a photo or signed identification and their social security number,  For more information concerning medical eligibility for blood donation please call 1-800-933-2566.
