A list of artsy happenings in and around Bayport-Blue Point Feb. 4-6.

It's a weekend of culture in Bayport-Blue Point from Feb. 4 through Feb. 6. Musical performances, movies, art exhibits and the Long Island String Festival all take place throughout the area.

3. On exhibit at the library: Member of Wet Paints Joan Sicignamo is showing her oil and watercolor paintings of florals and landscapes in the hall gallery at B. Local Historian Gene Horton has arranged an exhibit of Presidential birthdays honoring George Washington in the east hall case and an exhibit honoring Abraham Lincoln in the west case. Kathy Cochrane Kiss’ display in the LeCluse case is about author Louisa May Alcott, the four sisters and friend Laurie in Little Women, dolls and books.

4. Numerous B-BP music students will perform in Sunday's LISFA Concert at Ward Melville High School. Long Island String Festival Association hosts music events and provides resources for students and educators.

5. On Sunday at 2 p.m., the Long Island Troubadours- a select group drawn from The Silver Chords Musical Chorale- will perform at . Under the director of Spyro Kala, their repertoire ranges from classic works to traditional pop standards.
