Jan. 28: Wrestling, Live Music and Restaurant Specials

It's almost the weekend, and with all the snow this week, it's likely many residents are itching to get out of their houses and have some fun. You won't have to go far in search of snow-free activities, there are numerous events scheduled in Bayport-Blue Point on Jan. 28- take a look at Patch's suggestions to fill your Friday.

1. Come support varsity wrestling team at home in their match against Babylon at 4:30 p.m.

2.No Maya performs at The Garage at 8 p.m. this evening. You'll never pay a cover charge at this bar and grill, so head down for some free live music.

3. There's also live music at the Friday night. The restaurant will be featuring The Lone Sharks at 9:30 p.m. Stop by for some drinks and entertainment. 

4. Are you looking to buy a house in Bayport or Blue Point, or just interested to see which homes are for sale in the area? Check out our open houses list posted at 6 a.m. Friday on Patch.

5. Starting at 5 p.m., C offers their Friday special: Seafood Marinara Platter, consisting of clams, mussels, scallops and shrimp over linguini with garlic bread. All this succulent seafood for a bargain price of $15.99
