The newly established Long Island Photo Walk group toured the in Sayville on Middle Road this past weekend.
The estate was once owned by John E. Roosevelt, the cousin and legal advisor of President Theodore Roosevelt, who commissioned the home in 1891.
From the lovely furnishings of the San Suchi Nature Preserve which surrounds the property to the first in-ground pool known to Long Island and the Loughlin Vineyards located just behind the estate house, there are numerous scenic enterprises meant for capturing with a lens ... and that's exactly what the photo walk group did.
