Why get a salon manicure when you can do it on your own?  Join licensed nail specialist Katherine Giovalakis and learn how to properly manicure, decorate and care for your nails.  You will receive a nail kit of your own to keep.  Fee:  $5 payable by check only. Registration begins January 3 for residents, and January 9 for non-residents.
