Chef Richard is here to take you through the process of making fresh ravioli. In this hands-on class you will learn how to make fresh pasta dough, roll the dough out, and fill and cut the ravioli. All participants will take home a tray of ravioli they created ready to be cooked an enjoyed. Please bring a rolling pin and a baking sheet to class. Fee: $5 payable by check only.
Program registration for Bayport-Blue Point Library patrons begins on Tuesday, February 28 at 10am. Registration is required for all programs listed unless otherwise noted. Patrons can register online, by phone, or in person. Patrons who register for programs that require fees have one week to come in and pay for the program before their spot is released. Any fees must be paid for by check. Except for driver safety programs, all checks must be made out to the Library. Program registration for non-residents will begin on Monday, March 5.
