Town Meeting, Senior Flex, Comedy Night
A list of local scheduled events for Thursday, Dec. 2.
Seniors have their last chance to attend the Senior Flex class being held at the library Thursday, Dec. 2. Town of Brookhaven and Islip are holding meetings of their town board and planning board, respectively. Also, there are two Phantoms sports events this afternoon as well as fun and entertainment options this evening.
- This morning marks the last Senior Flex class offered at the . Seniors participate in this program, which starts at 10 a.m. and features exercises designed for the less agile. A fee is due at in-person registration.
- Town of Brookhaven - Work Session, 1:30 p.m. Brookhaven Town Hall, 1 Independence Hl, Farmingville.
- Varsity boys basketball vs. West Islip, 3 p.m. .
- Varsity boys bowling vs. Bellport, 3:30 p.m. Bowl Long Island, 138 West Avenue, Patchogue.
- Town of Islip - Planning Board meeting, 7:30 p.m. Town Board Room, 655 Main St, Islip.
- Comedy Night at , 8 p.m. Join Long Island's funniest comics for a night of laughs at the Garage Bar and Grill in Bayport. This is a FREE show. C'mon down, have a drink, have a bite to eat, and enjoy the show.
- Open Mic Night with Tom Groney at the , 9 p.m.
