Top Summer News: State Championship, Crimes & a Sad Farewell

It was a busy summer of sports, community events and crime.

The summer went quick, as most summer tend to do and so Patch wants to offer up a look at the big news and events of the past few months.

There were great annual events, concerts in the park, new businesses moving into town and even some hotly contested issues such as housing and retail proposals.
There was joy in mudville (B-BP) when the varsity boys team won the state champs, and sadly the B-BP community also had to say goodbye to a beloved teacher and community resident as well.
