Suffolk County Legislator Jack Eddington is holding a public meeting at the Henrietta Acampora Recreation Center in Blue Point at 7 p.m. to discuss the old Blue Point Laundry property which has been blighted for years. Leg. Eddington, along with the Bayport and Blue Point civic associations and South Shore County Community Organization, want to clean up the area.
4. Are you a baseball fan? John DeSpagna, Nassau Community College Sport Management Professor, hosts The History of the Yankees this evening at Bayport-Blue Point Library, 7 p.m.
