Picture of the Day: Planters

Bayport and Blue Point are decorated with beautiful planters.

Bayport-Blue Point Patch will showcase special photographs from around town, ask readers to guess where a picture was taken and quiz residents on local facts in this new feature, which rotates between the three subjects the column is named for: picture of the day, mystery photo and trivia.

Cement planters maintained by the are located on street corners throughout B-BP. For every season of the year these planters are filled with beautiful flowers and decorations to add to the beauty of the two hamlets.
