Odds and Ends

Dr. Yvonne Kleine discusses leaving behind 2010 and what's to come in 2011.

Another Christmas is here and with it the New Year. I can't believe how fast the years are flying by, it seems like I just did all this shopping and cooking and wrapping last week. In the New Year, I'm hoping to take the column to lots of interesting destinations and cover topics that will inspire you and inform you. Maybe I will even make you angry, but my goal is to get you thinking about things that are important to your good health and well being and stop neglecting yourselves while thinking of everyone else. Hear that moms?

We'll discuss vaccinations, pro and con, (that should be a doozey), Dr. Edward Bach and his lovely Flower Remedies as well as continuing alternative treatments for cancer, new theories in weight control, and a myriad of other subjects you don't often see or hear about every day. I have a series on "Faith Healing" that I'm working on, which is turning out to be rather amazing, even to me, and we'll explore the increase in Autism in children and what I believe to be one of the causes of this baffling and heartbreaking disorder.

This column is a short one this week, and next week I will be on vacation and my wheezing computer will be "in hospital," so I will be back the second week in January. I wish all of you who read me weekly a wonderful Christmas holiday and a fabulous New Year, filled with good things and a rebirth of that spirit that makes us such a great people.
