Last Chance: The Stories Behind the Headstones
A unique library program examines the lives of those buried in a local cemetery.
Behind every headstone there is a story. Join local Bayport-Blue Point historian Gene Horton as he presents a follow-up to his popular "Who's Who in the Blue Point Cemetery" program, which was presented at the library last September.
Horton will once again present a slide program featuring about 50 headstones (different than before) from the Blue Point Cemetery and the story about the people who are buried there.
The program starts at 7 p.m. at the Bayport-Blue Point Library located at 203 Blue Point Avenue, Blue Point.
