Cutest Church Dog Ever
This adorable pup is now the official dog for the Sayville Congregational United Church of Christ.
Meet Oscar, the new canine resident of the Sayville Congregational United Church of Christ, who is clearly going to make dozens of friends. He recently introduced himself in the church newsletter with this note:
Hi.
Pastor Gary is my new daddy. My name is Oscar because Auntie Pat said daddy couldn't name me Schleiermacher or Bonhoeffer, I still miss my pack, but I'm making a new pack now, and I'm going to be the bestest church dog ever. Yesterday Auntie Claudia became part of my pack. If you want to become part of my pack, just let daddy know, especially if you want to play with me while daddy does silly things like go to meetings (including Sunday afternoon!) and chores, which aren't about me and so are poopy...
