Aug. 9: Board of Education Meeting Tonight

1. Library Technology class: Google, 1 p.m. This technology class at the will teach how to utilize the specific searching procedures of Google.com. Be sure to have a good understanding of using a mouse and keyboard and a basic knowledge of the internet. Register at the library or by phone.

2. Join certified clinical nutritionist Dr. Robert S. Newmann for a lecture at the library at 7 p.m. The lecture will outline procedures for improving your diet with the addition of more nutritious, whole and organic foods. Register in-person, online or by phone before the date of the event.

3. Attend the Bayport-Blue Point Board of Education's August business meeting in the high school auditorium tonight at 8.
