2. Join Penn Hongthong at the library at 7 p.m. for her workshop Lao Summer Cooking. She'll demonstrate how to make seafood salad, grilled ginger chicken, grilled leek, turkey meatballs and coconut yucca dessert.  A fee of $5 is due at in-person registration.
