A unique 'antique road show' event at the Bayport-Blue Point Library this weekend drew dozens of residents interested in finding out if antiques and heirlooms were worth something big.
The line to meet with the two appraisers was steady throughout the two sessions offered. As one local Bayport man explains he brought an item that had been in his family for decades and he just was very curious if it was an antique. He had little faith in discovering it was worth a big amount of money.
