Sayville Music Boosters for the Arts presents their fundraiser Party at the Portly - Ode to 2012 Friday, Jan. 13 at 7 p.m. The event is an adult fun night to welcome the year 2012.$10 at the door buys food and one drink.

Live Music

The Garage Bar & Grill in Bayport features live music by Spare Time Jan. 13 at 9 p.m. At 8 pm. Saturday, Poparazzi takes the stage.

Bayport's Grey Horse Tavern hosts Jellyband performance Friday at 10 p.m. Blame Sally performs at 9 p.m. Saturday.

History Presentation

The Sayville Historical Society presents Connie Curry, who will speak on the "Sayville Radio Station Story", West Sayville radio towers and the part they played in local and world history on Sunday, Jan. 15 at 2 p.m., Sayville Library.

Kid/Family Events

Calling all GLEEKS! Come dressed as your favorite Glee character and watch the Glee Concert complete with slushies. A Glee Third Reunion Extravaganza is happening Jan. 13 at 6:30 p.m. at Sayville Library.

Winter Family Classic Movie Series shows at Sayville Library Jan. 14 at 2 p.m.

Bayport-Blue Point Library turns into Hogwart’s Night Owl School Jan. 14, from 6:30 p.m.-9 p.m.

Music Performance

Bryant Park Quartet performs at B-BP Library Jan. 15 from 2 p.m.-3 p.m. The quartet is comprised of Anna Elashvili and Ben Russell, violins; Nathan Schram, viola, and Tomoko Fujita, cello.
